I work at the West Texas Boys Ranch Foundation and our sole purpose is to support the West Texas Boys Ranch that is a real working ranch about 17 miles west of San Angelo with horses, goats and cattle. The Ranch provides a home for boys that need a home. This is a picture of the Ranch wagon and draft horses and of course, some of the boys. They use this wagon in parades mostly. We are a non-profit organization and exist from donations. The boys live there in cottages with house parents and are driven to school each day. They work on the Ranch and take care of the animals, mend fences and do chores. The boys show the goats at competition. Usually there are twenty boys or more there at one time. Some boys stay until they are eighteen and then we help them with a scholarship to go to college or trade school. It's a great place and I've been working here going on six years now.
